Many people ask if the ReliTouch has a remote control like some other locks such as the Biolock 333 PC-BK. Unfortunately, the ReliTouch doesn’t include a remote, but for good reason. The remote control only works from inside the house to unlock the door so doesn’t do much good when arriving home. It also uses IR sensor for the remote which drains the battery of the lock faster requiring more changes and costing more money to operate.
